Subscription Tiers

Compare features and limits across Free, Paid, and Premium tiers

Overview

TaskManager offers three subscription tiers: Free, Paid, and Premium. Each tier provides different limits and features to match your organization's needs.

Per-Organization Subscriptions
Subscriptions are per organization, not per user. One subscription covers all members of that organization.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Paid or Premium before committing?

We don't currently offer free trials, but the Free tier lets you explore core features. Both Paid and Premium are annual subscriptions with no long-term commitment - cancel anytime.

What happens if I hit my limit?

If you reach a limit (e.g., maximum active tasks), you'll see a notification prompting you to upgrade. You can still use existing items but can't create new ones until you upgrade or remove old items.

Can I downgrade later?

Yes. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current tier until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll need to ensure you're within the new tier's limits (e.g., reduce members, archive tasks).

What if I have multiple organizations?

Each organization has its own subscription. You can have one organization on Free, another on Paid, and another on Premium - it's completely independent.
