What are Rewards?
Rewards are incentives offered for completing tasks. They can be tangible items, privileges, experiences, or anything else that motivates your team members. Rewards can be assigned to individual tasks or earned through the points store system.
Types of Rewards
- Task Rewards: Tied directly to specific tasks
- Points-Based Rewards: Available in the points store
- Milestone Rewards: Earned for achieving goals or completing training programs
Creating a Reward
Organization admins can create new rewards that are available to all members.

Navigate to Rewards
Click "Rewards" in the main navigation menu, then click "Create Reward."

Enter Reward Details
Provide a name, description, and optionally an image or icon for the reward.

Set Availability
Choose whether the reward is available for tasks, in the points store, or both.

Configure Points (Optional)
If making the reward available in the points store, set how many points it costs.

Save Reward
Click "Create Reward" to make it available to your organization.
Assigning Rewards to Tasks
When creating or editing a task, you can assign rewards that will be earned upon completion:
- Select one or more rewards from your organization's reward library
- The assigned member will see what they'll earn when viewing the task
- Rewards are automatically granted when the task is marked complete
- Reward history is tracked for each member
Earning and Redeeming Rewards
Earning Rewards
Members earn rewards by:
- Completing tasks that have assigned rewards
- Redeeming points in the points store
- Achieving milestones in training programs
- Special recognition from admins
Viewing Earned Rewards
To see your earned rewards:
- Navigate to Rewards → My Rewards
- View all rewards you've earned with dates
- Filter by date range, reward type, or how they were earned
- Export your reward history as needed
✓ Reward Notifications
When you earn a reward, you'll receive a notification (if enabled). The reward appears in your reward history immediately.
Managing Rewards
Editing Rewards
Admins can edit existing rewards:
- Update the name, description, or image
- Change point costs (affects future redemptions only)
- Enable or disable availability
- Changes apply to all future uses of the reward
Deleting Rewards
To delete a reward:
- Go to Rewards → Manage Rewards
- Find the reward you want to remove
- Click "Delete" and confirm
⚠ Deleting Rewards
Deleting a reward doesn't remove it from member reward histories. Past earned rewards remain visible. The reward simply becomes unavailable for future tasks.

- Be Specific: Clearly describe what the reward is and how to redeem it

- Track Usage: Monitor which rewards are most popular and adjust accordingly
