What Are Task Templates?
Task templates are reusable blueprints for tasks you create frequently. Instead of filling out the same details repeatedly, save a template and create tasks with one click.
✓ Templates vs Recurring Tasks
Templates: Manual creation each time - you control when to use them.
Recurring Tasks: Automatic creation on a schedule - the system creates them for you.
Use templates for tasks you create often but not on a fixed schedule.
