Creating an Account
To start using TaskManager, you'll need to create an account. Here's how:

Visit the Registration Page

Enter Your Information
Provide your email address, create a username (5-50 characters), and choose a secure password (at least 8 characters).

Complete Registration
Click "Register" to create your account. You'll be automatically logged in.
✓ Username Requirements
Usernames must be 5-50 characters and can contain letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens. TaskManager will check availability in real-time as you type.
Age Verification
TaskManager requires age verification for all users. This helps us maintain a safe community and comply with legal requirements.

Start Verification
After registration, you'll be prompted to verify your age. Click "Start Verification" to begin.

Choose Verification Method
Select from available options: ID verification, age estimation, or other approved methods via our partner Didit.

Complete Verification
Follow the prompts to complete verification. This typically takes 1-2 minutes.

Confirmation
Once verified, you'll have full access to TaskManager features. Your verification status is shown in your profile.
✓ Privacy Protected
Age verification is handled by Didit, a trusted third party. We only receive a pass/fail result - no personal documents or detailed data are stored by TaskManager.
Joining an Organization
After creating your account, you'll need to either create a new organization or join an existing one.
Creating a New Organization

Navigate to Create Organization
After logging in, click on "Create Organization" from your dashboard or navigation menu.

Enter Organization Details
Provide a name for your organization and optionally add a description.

Configure Initial Settings
Set up your organization's initial settings, including visibility and member permissions.

Invite Members
Share your organization's join code with team members or send email invitations.
Joining an Existing Organization

Get the Join Code or Link
Ask your organization administrator for the join code or invitation link.

Navigate to Join Page
Go to "Join Organization" from your dashboard or use the provided invitation link.

Enter Join Code
Enter the organization's join code in the provided field.

Choose Display Name
Select how you want to appear in this organization (your username or a custom display name).
⚠ Organization Limits
Free tier users can join up to 3 organizations. Paid tier users can join up to 10 organizations. Premium tier users have unlimited organization memberships.
Navigating the Interface
TaskManager's interface is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Here are the main areas:
Main Navigation
- Dashboard: Your home base showing task summary, recent activity, and quick actions
- Tasks: View all tasks, create new tasks, and manage task templates
- Inbox: See tasks assigned to you and tasks requiring your attention
- Rewards: Browse available rewards and track earned rewards
- Consequences: View consequences and track accountability
- Training: Access training programs and track your progress
- Points Store: Redeem points earned from tasks
- Media: Access your organization's photo and video library
User Menu
Click on your profile picture or username in the top-right corner to access:
- Account settings
- Organization settings (if you're an admin)
- Switch between organizations
- Notification preferences
- Log out
Creating Your First Task
Ready to create your first task? Here's a quick walkthrough:

Navigate to Tasks
Click "Tasks" in the main navigation menu.

Click Create Task
Click the "Create Task" button to open the task creation form.

Fill in Task Details
Enter a title, description, due date, and assign the task to a member (or leave unassigned).

Set Optional Settings
Optionally add reward points, consequences, and set the task priority.

Create Task
Click "Create Task" to add it to your organization.
✓ Congratulations!
You've created your first task. The assigned member will be notified (if notifications are enabled) and can start working on it.
Using the Mobile App
TaskManager works great on mobile devices through your web browser. For the best experience:
- Use the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on your mobile device
- Add TaskManager to your home screen for quick access (works like a native app)
- Enable push notifications to receive task updates on your phone
- All features are available on mobile, optimized for touch interaction

On iOS (Safari):
- Visit submitlist.space in Safari
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow pointing up)
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add" to confirm
On Android (Chrome):
- Visit submitlist.space in Chrome
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right
- Tap "Add to Home screen"
- Tap "Add" to confirm
